You agree that by accessing or using WeDey Marketplace (“the App”), you accept these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use this App. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and use of the App.

Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

✓ Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

✓ Upload harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content.

✓ Attempt to bypass security features or gain unauthorized access to the App.

Marketplace Transactions
WeDey Marketplace provides a platform that connects buyers and sellers and is not a party to any transaction. Users are responsible for resolving disputes directly with each other. Any applicable service fees are clearly displayed within the App.

Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on the App are owned by WeDey Marketplace or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
WeDey Marketplace shall not be liable for:

✓ Losses resulting from user transactions.

✓ Service interruptions or delays.

✓ Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
